THE HOPE CHURCH is committed to transforming lives at home and abroad fulfilling the mandate given in Acts 1:8. Technology provides pathways and methods to assist in fulfilling such a mission. Therefore, The Hope Church has established “i-church”. “i-church” focuses on serving the needs of individuals and families that feel a connection to The Hope Church, but cannot locally attend. Hence, the internet provides a pathway of connection for the i-member (internet member).
Hebrews 10:25 KJV encourages, “not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” The Hope Church is ever vigilant in exploring new and improved ways to assemble ourselves to forge creative, fresh pathways to connect, no matter where in the world we find ourselves. Imagine, in this age we have the ability, via the internet, to assemble with believers from all over the world and to offer a united praise unto our God. That’s right, you could be a part of an audience from all walks of life, and of every race and nation. We believe that providing a place of connection, not only will help The Hope Church to fulfill her mission, but will assist you in your spiritual maturation.
As an i-member of The Hope Church, we would encourage you to take advantage of the several opportunities to connect via this platform. First of all, and at a minimum, please commit to each Sunday’s corporate worship service at 9 AM EST. If travel or time zone poses major inconveniences, then we invite you, at a more appropriate time that Sunday, to login and replay the service presentation; in this way you can stay in sync with the ministry.
Secondly, commit to praying for this ministry and the Kingdom work assigned to this house. Take advantage of connecting through our prayer line Monday through Friday from 6 AM – 7 AM. According to James 5:16, “…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” We believe in bombarding heaven with our passionate and sincere petitions, thereby positioning us to witness a mighty move of God.
Thirdly, just as we have grown accustomed to adhering to supporting the local church through tithes and offering, we would request the same of our i-members. Of course, if you have committed to a local church, we believe the tithe should be given there. However, if you feel a call to support this ministry’s work as well, a free will offering regularly sown here will make a tremendous difference. Click on the Giving tab of this website for the convenient opportunities to support the ministry.
Finally, please use this internet platform as an evangelistic tool to launch a “Hope House.” You may simply have friends and associates gather, perhaps virtually, during the broadcast presentation. After service coordinate a fellowship discussion, maybe using zoom or some other conference call app. This is an exciting time, we have the power to connect, in the name of Jesus Christ, without concerning ourselves with distance. It is our desire to offer Jesus Christ to the world and you can be the connection to introduce others to our King.
